In front of his childhood home on Flora Avenue, he would run over the hugh sand dunes on his way to the beach unaware they actually spelled "Coronado". |

Joining Coldwell Banker in 2001, Brennan quickly emerged as a successful producer and was thirsty for more. He started a boutique brokerage, Coronado Real Estate, specializing in customer care and expert contract negotiations. He create impressive porrfolios both on the island and across the bridge.
Brennan then expanded his career by growing and managing two satellite offices with multi millions in sales from 2002 to 2006. His outgoing personality and direct negotiation skills serve as a catalyst for his performance within the real estate industry.
